ERROR E 2557 BIZHUB 250 / 350

Penyebab Munculnya kode error E2557 ini terjadi mungkin diantaranya karena:

• Tinta dan developer tidak seimbang
• Tinta atau toner berlebihan
• Ada peringatan isi tinta tetapi mesin tetap dijalankan/dipakai terus

Berikut ini cara mengatasi ERROR E 2557 pada Mesin KONICAMINOLTA BIZHUB 250 / 350

• tekan PROGRAM ( ada disebelah kanan bawah touchscreen )
• tekan CHECK DETAIL ( ada kolom bawah touchscreen )
• tekan Stop pada samping kanan diatas tombol Start
• tekan 00
• tekan Stop lagi
• tekan 01
• masukkan pasword 00000000
• tekan LEVEL HISTORY ( lihat perbandingan antara ATDC SET dan ATDC LEVEL /pada intinya posisi ATDC level minimal harus 4.5% dan max 5.5 % jika kurang dari 4,5% maka cenderung akan keluar code error namun jika berlebihan 6,5% keatas maka juga bisa menyebabkan code error namun bila tidak keluar code error bisa dipastikan tinta boros/hasil di kertas kusam
• tekan END
• tekan TECH REP CHOICE
• tekan PRINTER
• tekan ATDC SENSOR GAIN ( lihat current isinya berapa misalkan posisi 150 naikkan /turunkan caranya dengan tekan C yang ada di bawah angka 0 kemudian tekan angka yang diinginkan secara manual kemudian setelah diisi tekan END agar angka yang dimasukkan tadi tersimpan tekan END sampai EXIT setelah itu cobalah 1 lembar , setelah cek lagi ATDC LEVEL seperti langkah diatas cobalah beberapa kali sampai ATDC LEVEL benar benar normal.

Daftar Kode Error Canon Ir5000/6000/5570/6570

Mesin Digital pada umumnya telah dilengkapi system memory dimana terdapat semua kode - kode kerusakan yang mengalamatkan ada gangguan pada sensor.CPU pada control utama dan CPU pada controler DC dimana tujuannya untuk mempermudah menganalisa dibagian mana yang sedang mengalami gangguan/kerusakan,berikut adalah daftar kode error serta daerah komponen yg bermasalah.

E- 000 

The main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or an open circuit. The thermal switch (TP1) has an open circuit. The fixing heater has an open circuit. The SSR is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

E- 001

The main thermistor (TH1) has a short circuit. The sub thermistor (TH2)

has detected overheating. The SSR is faulty. The DC controller PCB is

faulty.

E- 002

The main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or an open circuit. The thermal switch (TP1) has an open circuit. The SSR is faulty. The DC controller is faulty.

Mode of Detection

0000 The temperature of the upper fixing roller does not reach 100°C within 2 min after it has exceeded 70°C.Caution The error must be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>

CLEAR>ERR).

E- 003

The main thermistor (TH1) has poor contact or an open circuit. The thermal switch (TP1) has an open circuit. The fixing heater has an open circuit. The SSR is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Mode of Detection

 0000 The temperature detected by the main thermistor is 70°C for 2 secor more after it has reached 100°C. Caution The error must be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>

CLEAR>ERR).

E- 004

The SSR has a short circuit. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Mode of Detection    

 0000 The SSR used to drive the fixing heater is found to have a short circuit (hard circuit detection).Caution The error must be reset in service mode (COPIER>FUNCTION>

CLEAR>ERR).

E- 005

The fixing web has been taken up. The fixing web length sensor (PS45) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Mode of Detection       

0000 The length of fixing web that has been taken up is in excess of the specified length.

Caution After replacing the fixing web, be sure to reset the two web counters in service

mode: COPIER>COUNTER>MISC>FIX-WEB and COPIER> COUNTER>DRBL-1>FX-WEB.

E- 010

The main motor (M2) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Mode of Detection

0000 The clock pulses do not arrive for 2 secs or more after the main motor drive signal (MMFG) has been generated.

E- 012

The drum motor (M1) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.

Mode of Detection

0000 The clock pulses do not arrive for 2 secs or more after the drum motor drive signal (DMFG) has been generated.

CARA SETTING UKURAN KERTAS FOLIO (F4)

Ukuran kertas Folio (F4) harus diseting karena ukuran ini belum terdaftar di dalam setingan kertas yang ada dalam driver printer mesin foto copy, jadi kita harus membuatnya sendiri ukuran tersebut melalui fitur Custom Paper Size yang terdapat di dalam driver printer mesin foto copy, kali ini saya contohkan menggunakan tipe driver printer UFR (Post Script) untuk mesin foto copy Canon iR6570, jika anda menggunakan mesin foto copy Canon iR5000 atau iR3300 maka anda harus menggunakan driver jenis PS3 (Post Script 3) dan tutorial ini tidak bisa menggunakan driver jenis PCL karena tidak terdapat fitur Custom Paper Size.

Langkah-langkahnya sebagai berikut :

1. Klik Star lalu pilih Printers and Faxes (pastikan sebelumnya komputer sudah terkoneksi ke mesin foto copy)

2. Pada menu Printers and Faxes Klik kanan pada pilihan Canon iR5570/iR6570 UFRII lalu klik Printing Preferences

3. Pilik Custom Paper Size

4. Ganti tulisan "New Name" dengan FLSC atau Folio atau F4 terserah untuk nama ukuran yang baru
5. Biarkan pada satuan ukuran "inch" dan rubah ukurannya menjadi Widh : 8.50 dan Height : 13.00
6. Klik Register untuk mendaftarkan
7. Selesai, ukuran FLSC sudah bisa ditampilkan...

Scanning has become widely used in many offices. Many businesses use scanners to reduce the amount of paper files in their offices, replace high-cost fax machines and to improve their ability to share information with co-workers and customers. The Konica Minolta Bizhub is a multifunctional copier that can be configured to be a network printer and high speed scanner. Once the required scan boards are installed, the Bizhub 350 can serve as much more than just an office copy machine.
Instructions

Install scanning drivers on a networked server. The drivers for the 350 came on the installation discs that were included with the device. If you do not have access to the original installation discs, you can download the drivers from the Konica Minolta website.

Create shared folders on the server to which you will scan files. Depending on the operating system of your server, you may need to assign access rites to either individual users or to groups of users. In order for an employee to access the shared folder, they must have “Read and Write” permissions. “Read” rights will allow them to view files in the folder while “Write” rights allow them to scan files to the folder.

Map the Bizhub 350 scanner to the shared server. Open the “Scanner Settings” menu under the “Settings” menu and enter in the IP address of the server that you created the shared folders. Once the 350 connects to the server, it will discover the shared folders and will create “scanning maps” to each of the shared folders.

Press the “Save” soft-touch button on the touch screen display panel to lock in the scanner settings.

Press the “Scanner” button located on the front panel of the 350 to put the device into scanning mode. Once in scanning mode, you will be able to select what folder you want the scanned images to be sent to as well as what file type you want the files to be saved as. The Bizhub allows for PDF, TIFF and MTIFF file formats for scanned files.

CARA KONEKSIKAN MINOLTA BIZHUB 250/350 DENGAN KOMPUTER MENGGUNAKAN JARINGAN

Mesin photocopy digital seperti minolta bizhub 350 dapat difungsikan sebagai printer ataupun sebagai scanner dengan menghubungkan dengan komputer PC ataupun laptop. Mencetak atau memprint dengan mesin photocopy akan jauh lebih effisien dibandingkan dengan printer inkjet untuk mencetak dalam jumlah besar dan tentu saja akan menghemat biaya.
Langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk menghubungkan mesin photocopy minolta bizhub 350 dengan komputer adalah :
1. Siapkan driver bizhub 350
2. Buat kabel jaringan RJ45 dengan tipe cross.
3. Sambungkan kabel tersebut pada port RJ45 bizhub 350 dan pada port LAN PC atau Laptop.
3. Instal driver mesin photocopy bizhub 350 pada PC atau Laptop.
4. Setting IP address port komputer dengan IP 192.168.1.2, netmask : 255.255.255.0
6. Setting IP address pada bizhub 350 dengan IP 192.168.1.3 (berbeda dengan ip address PC), netmask : 255.255.255.0
7. Untuk mengetahui komputer sudah terkoneksi dengan bizhub 350 jalankan run: ping 192.168.1.3
